Refund & Replacement Policy

At Band Lore, each item is made to order. We are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience and receives either the correct item or a full resolution if something goes wrong.


Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.

Customers are not required to return items in order to receive a replacement or refund. Items may be kept, gifted, or donated.


Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item or design

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a printing error

In some cases, we may request photo documentation to verify the issue before processing a resolution.


Refunds

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end


Replacements

If a replacement is preferred:

  • A corrected item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost

  • No return of the original item is required

  • Replacement orders follow standard production and shipping timelines


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, and initiating a chargeback may delay resolution.
